You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Products must be unused and in the same condition as received
• Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
• Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, we're happy to help! Simply contact our customer service team, and we'll arrange the exchange for you.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your preferred item is out of stock, we'll process a refund instead.
